Administrator: Mike Norbury

Mike is a licensed nursing Administrator in New Jersey (since 1997) and Pennsylvania (since 2000) with over 16 years of Administration and healthcare finance experience. He was recognized by NJBIZ magazine for his leadership and service in industry in their "40 under 40 Class" of 2005 for the entire state of New Jersey. He was awarded corporate Nursing Home Administrator of the Year 2001 and enjoys fighting for the rights of seniors as a member of the Health Care Association of New Jersey's Legislative, Reimbursement, Communication, and Congressional Briefing Committees.
 

Director of Admissions: Melissa Johnson

Melissa Johnson has worked in the health care field for more than 16 years. She is responsible for helping to expedite the admissions and discharge process for patients and families.
 

Director of Nursing Services: Maureen Rankin, RN

Maureen Rankin is responsible for managing the nursing staff at our center. She has over 40 years of experience in nursing and has worked at several skilled care centers in the region. Maureen received her certification in rehabilitation nursing in 1983.
 

Rehabilitation Director: Nancy Koplin

Nancy Koplin is dedicated to helping each resident achieve his or her own highest level of mobility and independence. She has 15 years of experience: seven years in subacute rehab therapy and four years in acute rehab therapy. She holds a B.S. in physical therapy from Stockton State College. She is currently enrolled in the transitional DPT program.
 

Director of Social Services: Edward Mount

Edward Mount is a certified social worker with extensive experience in social services and health care. His chief role is to help ease the transition to nursing home care for patients and their families, and to insure that residents social needs are met. Edward is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and is vice chair of the Ocean Regional Ethics Committee.
