Bey Lea Village Nursing & Rehabilitation Center welcomes Dimitry Ruchaevsky as the center's new administrator.
Ruchaevsky, who was most recently administrator at Care One at Holmdel in Monmouth County, has extensive experience in the health care field. Besides his experience at Care One, Ruchaevsky also worked with Meridian Health Care at Shrewsbury from 2003 to 2007.
Ruchaevsky says his core values as an administrator, which will continue to guide his work at Bey Lea, are "employee relations and achieving excellent care."
He had high praise for the center's staff, whom he met during the interview process earlier this year, "At that first meeting, I fell in love with the staff members I met," he recalls. "There's a great energy here, and I can honestly say I look forward to coming to work every day."
Ruchaevsky notes that Bey Lea Village is in a highly competitive market area for skilled nursing centers. "Ocean County is one of the most saturated counties in New Jersey in terms of nursing centers. But I think what we have here is unique, in terms of our programs and our assisted living center. We're also in the middle of a full renovation that will make our center even more attractive.
"My goal," says Ruchaevsky, "is to make Bey Lea Village the premier center in Ocean County, and I think we have what it takes to make that happen."
Bey Lea Village Care Center offers both short and long-term rehabilitation, assisted living, and skilled nursing care as well as respite care and hospice care. For information, please call 732.240.0090.
