Mike is a licensed nursing Administrator in New Jersey (since 1997) and Pennsylvania (since 2000) with over 16 years of Administration and healthcare finance experience. He was recognized by NJBIZ magazine for his leadership and service in industry in their "40 under 40 Class" of 2005 for the entire state of New Jersey. He was awarded corporate Nursing Home Administrator of the Year 2001 and enjoys fighting for the rights of seniors as a member of the Health Care Association of New Jersey's Legislative, Reimbursement, Communication, and Congressional Briefing Committees.
Melissa Johnson has worked in the health care field for more than 16 years. She is responsible for helping to expedite the admissions and discharge process for patients and families.
Karen Bartolini has been at Bey Lea since 2001, starting as a floor nurse promoted to Unit Manager then ADON and most recently, DON. Karen has been an RN for 20 yrs. In addition to her Nursing degree, she holds a B.A in Psychology, focusing on Alzheimer's/Dementia for the past 11yrs. Clinical training including oncology, medical/surgical, endocrinology.
Sue Jacobson is dedicated to helping each resident achieve his or her own highest level of mobility and independence. Sue has 24 years of experience in a wide variety of settings, including acute care and outpatient settings. She holds a B.S. in physical therapy.
Edward Mount is a certified social worker with extensive experience in social services and health care. His chief role is to help ease the transition to nursing home care for patients and their families, and to insure that residents social needs are met. Edward is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and is vice chair of the Ocean Regional Ethics Committee.
