Administrator: Dimitry Ruchaevsky

As the Administrator for Bey Lea Village, Dimitry has worked in the healthcare business for over nine years and he has a passion for excellent customer service and clinical excellence. Dimitry started off in the industry as a recreation director. Dimitry is married to his collge sweetheart and is the father of three children. He is currently a member of the society of nursing home administrators.

Director of Admissions: Melissa Johnson

Melissa Johnson has worked in the health care field for more than 16 years. She is responsible for helping to expedite the admissions and discharge process for patients and families.

Director of Nursing Services: Nikki Steidle

Nikki Steidle has 18 years of long term care and acute care experience. She has had the opportunity to work in ICU, Telemetry, ventilator and medical surgical units and she curently still practices in acute care.
Nikki is a member of: NJ ADONA/LTC, ANA and NJSNA.

Rehabilitation Director: Sue E. Jacobson

Sue Jacobson is dedicated to helping each resident achieve his or her own highest level of mobility and independence. Sue has 24 years of experience in a wide variety of settings, including acute care and outpatient settings. She holds a B.S. in physical therapy.

Director of Social Services: Edward Mount

Edward Mount is a certified social worker with extensive experience in social services and health care. His chief role is to help ease the transition to nursing home care for patients and their families, and to insure that residents social needs are met. Edward is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and is vice chair of the Ocean Regional Ethics Committee.
