As the Administrator for Bey Lea Village, Dimitry has worked in the healthcare business for over nine years and he has a passion for excellent customer service and clinical excellence. Dimitry started off in the industry as a recreation director. Dimitry is married to his collge sweetheart and is the father of three children. He is currently a member of the society of nursing home administrators.
Melissa Johnson has worked in the health care field for more than 16 years. She is responsible for helping to expedite the admissions and discharge process for patients and families.
Jennifer DeMarco has 16 years experience in long term care and acute care experience. Jennifer has ten years experience in an acute care setting, with experience in neurology, Nero surgery and medical/surgical unit as well as 7 years in long term care/subacute. She is a member of APIC.
Sue Jacobson is dedicated to helping each resident achieve his or her own highest level of mobility and independence. Sue has 24 years of experience in a wide variety of settings, including acute care and outpatient settings. She holds a B.S. in physical therapy.
Edward Mount is a certified social worker with extensive experience in social services and health care. His chief role is to help ease the transition to nursing home care for patients and their families, and to insure that residents social needs are met. Ed has over 20 years' experience in long term and post-acute care and is the co-chair of the center's ethics committee. Edward is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and is vice chair of the Ocean Regional Ethics Committee.
Pam Montemurno is the Partner Development Coordinator for Bey Lea. She has over 30 years of management experience and over 20 years in Healthcare experience. She has expertise in Acute Hospital Care, Long Term Care, Hospice and Home Care, and Radiology. Pam is an active member of the Ocean County Ethics Committee and Southern Ocean County Ethics Committee, a member of the Ocean County Woman’s Connection, and a member of the Ocean and Monmouth Senior Connection groups.
She is a Former Director of the Point Pleasant Chamber of Commerce and a recipient of Meridian Health System’s Legend Award. Pam received her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration – Cum Laude. She is happily married to her husband John and the proud mother of son Justin 21, Garrett 13 and Hannah 12.
